This subject is an essential part of the final year of the Master of Sonography. It ensures that students advance the knowledge and skills gained in prior subjects as they select and study a contemporary ultrasound technique or technology. In clinical practice, students evaluate their use of the chosen technique or technology, and compose a narrative literature review on the same topic . Additionally, students have the opportunity to teach imaging skills to first year student sonographers, and write a reflection about their teaching experience.
